The Iron Hag is a friendly witch NPC that will offer to maybe give an item in exchange for 400 Silvers. It's a gamble, because you might get nothing; if so, on the next encounter she will give three (guaranteed?) items for another 400 Silvers. All of her items have 0 weight but cannot be placed in the Dimensional Vault.
